What does your company do?
We provide services and products that improve the outdoor spaces in homes and commercial spaces. Our products include: Motorized Shading, Folding Glass Systems, Misting Systems and Flooring.
When did you start working at niu?
I rented the space at niu in June 2017.
What’s the most challenging part of your job?
Setting and meeting customers’ expectations — our line of work consists of construction where it is difficult and costly to undo the work. Therefore, the most crucial part of our work is to stay aligned with our customers’ expectations at all times.
What piece of advice would you share with someone who would like to work in your field?
Stay unique, not with your low costs but with your high quality. The most important tool of marketing is word of mouth and you will only achieve that when you have delivered a quality product and service.

ما هو أصعب جزء من عملك؟
تحديد وتلبية توقعات العملاء – عملنا مختص بالبناء حيث من الصعب والمكلف إلغاء العمل أن لم ينل رضا العميل. لذلك، فإن الجزء الأكثر أهمية في عملنا هو الحرص على وضوح توقعات عملائنا في جميع الأوقات
ما النصيحة التي تقدمها لشخص يرغب في العمل في مجالك؟
كن فريداً، ليس بتكاليفك المنخفضة ولكن بجودتك العالية. أهم وسيلة للتسويق هي سمعتك الجيدة عند الناس، وسوف تحقق ذلك فقط عندما تقدم منتج وخدمة عاليي الجودة
